Welcome to the UC Learning Center page for UCSD Supervisors and Managers!

As a manager, the training and development of your employees is a priority for you. The UC Learning Center provides several features to help you stay on top of the training offers for your team as well as training compliance for all of your direct reports.
Within the UC Learning Center you are able to access your Manager tools by clicking on the Manager tab (see screenshot). This tab is available to all UCSD employees that have one or more direct reports assigned to them.

Once in the Manager screen, you may view:
  • Required training assigned to your direct reports,
  • Your direct reports’ compliance status per training
  • Training transcripts of your direct reports.
You may also register your direct reports for courses and classes.
